Pizza Hut E-Gift Cards – Instant Delivery in India

At Offline Outlets:

1. Customer visits a Pizza Hut outlet and informs the cashier about using a Gift Card as the payment mode.

2. Customer selects items and shares gift card details with the cashier.

3. The cashier prepares the invoice and selects gift card as the payment mode.

4. The cashier enters the gift card number, PIN, and amount in the system.

5. The system validates the card details and displays the card balance.

6. On successful validation, the cashier confirms with the customer and clicks the redeem button.

7. Once redeemed, the invoice value is adjusted by the redeemed amount.

8. If the invoice value is higher than the gift card balance, the customer pays the remaining amount using another mode (credit/debit card, wallet, or cash).

9. After successful payment, the bill is closed.

At Online (E-Commerce Portal / Mobile App):

1. Customer selects the product.

2. Proceeds to the checkout page to apply the voucher code/coupon and gift card details.

3. Selects the Gift Card option at checkout.

4. The first 5 digits of the gift card are pre-selected; the customer enters the remaining digits.

5. The customer submits the PIN for validation.

6. The system validates the card details and shows the available balance.

7. The customer clicks the redeem button.

8. On successful redemption, the invoice value is reduced by the redeemed gift card amount.

9. The system displays any remaining balance to be paid.

10. The customer pays the balance using another accepted mode (credit card, debit card, or wallet).

11. The checkout process is completed, the transaction is successful, and the order is confirmed.

This Pizza Hut E-Gift Card (E-GC) is issued by Yum! Restaurants India Private Limited (YUM) and its authorized franchisees.

• These E-Gift Cards can be used to make payments at participating Pizza Hut stores in India, on the Pizza Hut website, and on the mobile app.

• This E-Gift Card is a one-time use card, and any unused balance cannot be used again or exchanged for cash.

• The person holding the Yum! Restaurants E-Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.

• More than one E-Gift Card can be used in a single bill at stores. However, on the Pizza Hut website and mobile app, only one E-Gift Card can be used per bill.

• Inform the cashier that you plan to use the E-Gift Card for payment before billing.

• No cash refunds will be given against the card (including in case of loss or otherwise).

• The balance on this card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will expire automatically and cannot be revalidated once expired.

• Yum! Restaurants and its authorized franchisees reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Only participating Pizza Hut stores will accept the E-Gift Card. Yum! Restaurants and its authorized franchisees may add or remove outlets without prior notice.

• By using this card, the user unconditionally accepts all terms and conditions and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. Any dispute related to the E-Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company, and its decision will be final.

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
