How To Redeem
- Log in to the Netmeds website at www.netmeds.com or open the Netmeds app.
- Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the payment page, select the GyFTR Voucher/e-Pay option.
- You’ll be able to view and add available vouchers linked to your account.
- Once added to your wallet, use the vouchers to pay for your order.
- Pay any remaining balance, if applicable, using other available payment methods.
Terms And Condition
- This is a Netmeds GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay and would be accepted on https://www.netmeds.com/ and Netmeds mobile application.
- The person who has GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- The card is valid for 3 Months from date of purchase.
- This GV/e-Pay entitles customers to order medicines ONLY.
- Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
- Toiletries, Cosmetics, FMCG products, or products of a similar kind cannot be purchased using GV/e-Pay.
- The Netmeds e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
- The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with ongoing offers and promo codes available on the website.
- For prescription-based medicine orders, a valid prescription from an authorized doctor is required for the fulfillment of the order.
- The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
- Netmeds/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.
- If the order value exceeds the denomination value of GV/e-Pay, then customers shall pay the differential amount by selecting the desired payment method mentioned on the Netmeds website at the time of checkout.
- The GV can be converted into e-Pay, and then it can be used partially at the holder's convenience.
- Delivery and/or COD charges shall be borne by customers only.
- GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Once the prescription has been validated by Netmeds, the order delivery details will be confirmed by Netmeds at the time of placing the order. For any order-related enquiries customers are advised to visit www.netmeds.com.
- If the customer cancels the product before delivery where the customer has made a transaction via e-Pay and applies for a refund in case of non-delivery of the particular product, the total refund amount shall be refunded back to the source.
- All orders shall be placed at least 7 working days before the end of the validity period of this GV/e-Pay.
- The usage of the GV/e-Pay is at the sole discretion of customers.
- Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability of the product(s) at the time of processing the order.
